How do I return my product?

Please include a copy of the original invoice along with your return authorization number. You my request a return authorization number by emailing us at support@friteshop.com. Please include your name, invoice number, and description of item to be returned. We will provide you the return authorization number within 24-48 hours.
I received the wrong product.
If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.
What is your return policy?
Return Policy:
You can return items for complete refund for a
period of 14 days from the date of delivery for any reason. The amount
refunded will be for the purchase price minus shipping costs.
All
returned items must be in new and resalable condition and in their
original packaging. All returned items must be accompanied by a return
authorization (RA) number. You can request a return authorization by
e-mailing us at friteshop@friteshop.com. Please provide your name,
invoice number and description of item to be returned. We will provide
you with a return authorization number within 24 to 48 hours.
Any
item returned without its original packaging including all package
inserts and spare parts as applicable or without an RA number will not
be refunded and may be refused. You will be responsible for the
shipping and packaging charges for the return. Please purchase
insurance on all items you return for their full purchase price, we are
not responsible for any damage to or loss of returned equipment or
supplies during the return shipment.

Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
